My brother was askinga policeman for helped, when the immediately bum
rushed him and asked him to leave this riot scenario. Then after
they told him to leave the situation, they let horrible faoming at the mounth dogs
who were extremely vicious. They knarled his sl=king so bad cuts and
briuises all over his body to the umteenth degree.
After this incident, we got somewhat of a crackpot lauwer and
he didn't want to take it up with SLO.

What kind of "help" was your brother asking for? Possibly he was asking for the location of the nearest crack dealer. Speaking of crack, it appears you were possibly on it when you wrote your observation of the incident. I either have to think that's the case, or I have to think you must have dropped out of school in the third grade. Either way, why isn't the "victim" writing this instead of you, and why didn't he leave "this riot scenario" when he was advised to. Oh by the way, were you there when it happened? Probably not, and as for your "somewhat of a crackpot lawyer" (not lauwer); probably he determined that your version of the incident wouldn't hold up in court. Even if there is the slightest amount of validity in your story, which I doubt, you could have consulted with another attorney and received a second opinion.

This is the kind of thing that happens when the concept of one common language and Americanization of immigrants is abandoned. If this story has any truth to it , it is surely sad that we fail to consider that the person who wrote this may be a very young child or a very new American. It is also a symptom of why we even have these kind of reports , when people who have nearly no understanding of just who they are addressing make judgements accusing someone of being a crack user. I do think the purported victim should count himself lucky that he is fairly intact , considering the kind of event he was at the scene of and what COULD have happened ...oh say....in the middle east.
