The US Postal Inspection Service in cahoots with certain
local police (San Jose, CA) ran an illegal entrapment scam that
depended on the hiding and alteration of evidence to catch the
"Politically Incorrect Parent" of committing "Thought crimes".
The "come-on" was a woman supposedly interested in an "Open and
Honest" relationship with a man who should also be supportive of
the way she wanted to raise her children (undefined at first, then
becoming more and more weird and sexual). The object was to
make the man think he had at long last found a soul mate that
would accept him warts and all, someone he should hold onto at
all costs.
She would then start going weird on him, and see how
far he would go along with her on the phone. If he made any
vague promises or solicitations he would be arrested for Child
Pandering or solicitation (each count punishable with 3, 6 or 8
years in prison).
The ad and letters would be hidden by the mis-use of "Confidential
Informant" laws. The evidence tapes of the phone conversations
would be extensively altered to remove much of the undercover
policewoman's talk, leaving her as just a passive listener.

Same happens at nite clubs. The state licenses them and makes a profit from the sale of alcohol, then sits outside and follows the people leaving, then after a few blocks pulls them over, knowing they will have fresh alcohol on their breath and makes up probable cause, then issues a DWI, which the state makes another bundle on and the insurance companies another bundle on. In Santa Fe, New Mexico they have a policy of citing anyone they want to stop for driving 66 MPH on Cerrillos rd. This constitutes reckless driving and is good enough "flase" probable cause. Of course they do you a favor in the hearing and drop the reckless driving, since they had no evidence anyway, but now they got you for the DWI. State profits from the licensine, the taxes and the DWI, In this stae this amounts to over 200 Million $$$$ per year. I bet in California it's 10 times that.

The District attorneys office and other officials repeatedly told members of the Jury not to touch certain cases. Rebuttal (from John Webster): [to March 10'98] The conspiracy was not against just me, it was (and is) against all caring non-PC parents that believe that they -- and not the government -- should be the ones that choose how their children are raised on important issues like sex. Also altering and hiding of evidence is NEVER a legitimate tool of law enforcement. While they were trying to get me on subtle "thought/talk" crimes they were committing crimes that strike at the heart of the legitamacy of our government. [March 27'98] I wasn't the one that was seeking sex with the 10 year old, it was the undercover policewoman that was pressuring me to offer the boy to her for sexual purposes. I responded with promises to do that if the impossible happened (if the boy's mom would let him go to the nude beach - which I knew would never occur). All this is clarified on my Web-Site. I have read your website and have come to the conclusion you are a dangerous child molester....how you are not a 290P.C. registrant is beyond me. You are guilty, PERIOD! of the crimes you confessed to. Being a single father myself I usually feel for the male in child custody cases (as we get the shaft in calif.) but in your case, THANK GOD the proper decision was handed down , it probably saved your poor children from a life of hell. As far as the indictments you make about : the DA, the U.C. officer , the USPIS office and even your own attorney from the slimey P.D. office are ludicrus. We know for a fact that government 'authorities' are moving toward 'thought policing' of you and I, and that this is just another example of their 'scams. Also, the USPS (aka United States Postal Service) is NOT an agency of the U.S. government, and has not been so for many years. That's why they 'very quietly' changed the 'suffix' on their WebSite from '.gov' to '.com', so as to properly indicate theirs is a 'commercial' operation, not goverment.
